Refund policy
Last updated: 30 October 2026
In short
Once the licence key has been delivered, we do not give refunds without a reason. Exceptions: a defect or a failed delivery (see below). Try the free version of the product before buying – with no time limit.
Why
You get the key right after payment, and our programs run on your computer without any connection to us. So we cannot check whether you stop using them after a refund – and a generated bot cannot be “given back”. Instead of a money-back guarantee we offer free versions you can test before buying for as long as you like: RBR Risk Guard (room to limits and alerts), RBR Indicator Check Lite, RBR Strategy Lab Lite and the first full Payout Check report.
Statutory right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU, the EEA, Switzerland and the United Kingdom have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal against Paddle. For digital content it ends when you agree at Paddle's checkout to the licence being made available immediately, acknowledge losing this right, and then receive the key.
When we refund
If the key does not arrive, does not work for the account number given at purchase, or a product does not work as described – and we do not fix the problem within a reasonable time. Write to [email protected] first: usually a new key or a fix is enough. Your statutory rights for defects remain unaffected.
Who refunds
The seller is Paddle.com (Merchant of Record). Paddle refunds to the payment method you used; card refunds usually take a few working days to arrive. In exceptional cases Paddle may refund at its own discretion; in cases of fraud or abuse it refuses.
What happens after a refund
The refund ends the licence: the keys – for the EAs, for all account numbers you unlocked with them – lose their validity and may no longer be used. RBR Risk Guard then keeps running as the free version, RBR Indicator Check and RBR Strategy Lab as Lite, and Payout Check with the free rules. Bots generated with the RBR Strategy Lab full version may no longer be used either – delete them.
Renewals and lifetime licences
Renewals and lifetime licences follow the same rules. A renewal counts from the end of your current licence.
