Privacy policy

In short

This site uses no cookies, needs no account and collects no data about you. Reports or results you load into the tool are analysed only in your browser and are never sent anywhere.

Controller

The controller is the person named in the legal notice. Contact: [email protected].

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages). On every visit Cloudflare's servers process technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of visit to deliver the site and protect it from attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may process data outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Statistics

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and builds no profiles. We only see totals, such as how many visits a page had.

Journal and browser storage

Journal entries, strategies and settings are stored only in your browser (IndexedDB and localStorage) and are never sent to us. We have no access to them and cannot recover them for you — you make backups yourself under Import / export. You delete them with “Delete all data” or by clearing the site's data. The site also stores files for offline use (the service worker cache).

Your own AI key

If you use your own API key in the journal, your browser sends the text shown in the “Text to send” box directly to the provider you chose (Anthropic, OpenAI or Google) — not through our server. From that point the provider's privacy policy applies. The key is stored in your browser only if you tick “Remember the key”.

Fonts

All fonts are served from our own server. The site does not connect to Google Fonts or any other external service.

Links to Amazon

Product links lead to Amazon. Once you follow one, Amazon's privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We do not store visitors' personal data ourselves; for server logs, write to us and we will pass the request on.
